Frank DiPace, RN, BSN
Frank is a 24-year veteran of sales and marketing in the hospice industry. He is a national expert who has successfully executed sales and marketing strategies and business development initiatives that achieve exceptional admission and census growth. He has held various hospice leadership positions including Director of Market Development, National Marketing and Admissions Manager and VP of Sales/Admissions for one of the largest non-profit hospices in the US. As VP of Sales/Admissions, Frank was responsible for sales and marketing strategies that resulted in a census growth of over 200%. Frank has hired, trained, coached and mentored over 2,000 hospice sales and marketing liaisons.
Judy Rybka, RN, BSN, M.Ed
Judy is a dynamic, results-oriented end-of-life care expert with a proven record of developing and implementing sales education and business strategies that directly impact growth. She is a creative thinker with 25 years of hospice experience including direct hands-on experience in interviewing, hiring, coaching, and training liaisons and managers and developing and implementing product/services which optimize brand recognition and improve access to care and increase revenue. She is an effective leader and team builder with operations, marketing and sales, start-up and training experience. Judy has held several leadership positions including National Director of Sales, VP of Product Development and VP of Market development.
Katrina Agnew, BS
Katrina Agnew is a motivated hospice professional who has over 20 years experience in healthcare, 17 of which are in the hospice industry. She has been successful as a liaison calling on customers, as a Director in the areas of admissions, sales and marketing, development and operations. Having worked for hospices in Washington, D.C., Northern Virginia, St. Louis, and Indianapolis, she is currently an Executive Director in Chicago for one of the largest hospices in the United States. Katrina has her bachelor's of business administration from Robert Morris University and is a Fellow of Public Health at the University of Illinois at Chicago through MARPHLI.
Cheryl Hamilton, MBA, CHA
Cheryl has 20 years of expertise in hospice and healthcare operations, business development, sales and marketing, and new program development. Before joining the Hospice University team, Cheryl held executive level leadership positions, including Executive Director of one of the largest hospices in the nation and corporate Vice President of Business Development for a post acute health care system. Cheryl has a history of successful revenue development and has developed and trained sales directors and sales teams in for-profit and not-for-profit healthcare organizations resulting in substantial increases in market share and net patient revenue.
